- Drive performance and scalability initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and perform architecture reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years in backend engineering.
- Deep experience with Python, Django/Flask, and Postgres.
- Experience running services on AWS (RDS, EKS, S3).
