Job Title: Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 1-5 years of experience in accounting to contribute to our financial operations while working in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare and file GST returns, Income Tax, and TDS statements
  • Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheets and financial statements
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency
  • Provide analytical support for financial reporting and budgeting

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Balance Sheet preparation
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Male candidates preferred
