Creative Events Co., a dynamic and innovative company based in Surat, is on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our staff have the technical support they need to excel in their roles. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting a variety of IT issues, providing timely solutions, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Your primary duties will include responding to technical inquiries from staff, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement in our IT systems, ensuring that our technology is always aligned with our business needs. Furthermore, you will assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software, ensuring that all equipment is operational and up to date.
