About the Role

As a Remote IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. You will work closely with our event planning team to ensure that all technological aspects of our events, from virtual platforms to on-site equipment, are functioning optimally. Your role will involve setting up and testing equipment prior to events, providing on-the-spot support during events, and following up to resolve any post-event issues.

Key Responsibilities
