The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in IT support, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others in overcoming technical challenges.

As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues, providing prompt and effective assistance to our staff. You will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, addressing issues related to network connectivity, software applications, and hardware malfunctions. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential, as you will guide users through problem-solving processes and ensure they can return to their tasks as quickly as possible.

About the Role

In addition to troubleshooting, you will also assist in maintaining IT equipment and inventory, ensuring that all systems are up to date and functioning optimally. Your role will involve collaborating with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and improve existing systems, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.
